Peggy Palmer Biography
A bit about Peggy Palmer:
I am grateful to be a TOP PRODUCER with Exit Landmark Realty in Southern MD - Due to the awesome support of my Broker, fantastic buyers and sellers, and my husband, Norm, I ranked #12 out of 112 agents for 2017 at EXIT Landmark in White Plains, MD and won the prestigious Silver Award by Southern Maryland Association of Realtors (SMAR) and I am in the SMAR Hall of Fame.
One of the reasons people turn to me for help with buying or selling their homes is that I take the pressure out of the real estate process by carefully listening to my clients’ needs, advocating on their behalf and getting the results that they desire.
For Buyers - I understand that buying a home is one of the major life decisions most people make and I put my clients’ needs and concerns first throughout the process. I strive to instill the same level of comfort and trust I needed when I bought my first home.
For Buyers and Sellers - My attention to detail and reliability are rarely matched — as an owner of both residential and rental properties I understands the importance of a fluid, seamless transaction and what pitfalls to avoid.
I purchased my first two investment properties in New Brunswick, New Jersey at age 28 and over the last 15 years have purchased and sold numerous properties in Waldorf, Indian Head, Nanjemoy and throughout Southern Maryland. Flipping houses has given me the tools to help you best showcase your home for top dollar and sell in the quickest possible time frame.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I had a successful career as a Fortune 500 executive with Commerce Clearing House. After leaving CCH - returning to my entrepreneurial roots - I owned and operated a wholesale greenhouse business, a QuickBooks consulting firm and worked as a Business Analyst with the Small Business Development Center at the College of Southern Maryland. A growing interest local real estate investing caused me to begin investing again in 1996 and then to begin a career as a Real Estate agent with EXIT Landmark Realty in 2009.
I have lived in Boston, Seattle, Florida, Tennessee, New Jersey and Newfoundland, Canada. Can you guess that I was a Navy “brat”? I live in Nanjemoy with my husband, Norman and we enjoy cooking, organic gardening, and plying the waters of the Nanjemoy Creek with camera in hand.
As a small business owner I appreciate the importance of fostering relationships, client satisfaction and repeat business. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you for all of your real estate needs!
